What's New at Cinnamon Shore

If you’ve visited Cinnamon Shore recently, you may have noticed several changes happening around the community. Our development team has been busy building and installing a number of additions, and we are incredibly proud of all they’ve accomplished. These updates include:

• Terry's Place - We've reconstructed the stage where all the magic happens, and it looks better than ever. So, next time you're grabbing dinner at Lisabella's, walk next door to the stage for live music. We'll have live music every Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday this summer.
• Brand New Playground - Located right next to Dune's Pool, we've installed a pirate ship themed playground that's sure to win your children over. Now, you can sit back and relax by the pool while your little one's can set sail.
• Tesla Chargers - Wanna drive your Tesla to the beach, but aren't sure where to charge it? Lucky for you, we now have four Tesla chargers located on Social Circle (behind Lisabellas). 
• New Fitness Center - If you're looking to stay fit while on vacation, we've got you covered. The new fitness center at Dune's Pool is fully equipped with two Peloton bikes, treadmills, an elliptical, weights, a TRX suspension system, an open area for yoga and stretching, and an outdoor bodyweight fitness system. Now you can work out in style while enjoying the great view over Dune's Pool.
• Screen on the Green - It has arrived! Our new, state of the art, 4K 130" outdoor theater with 5.1 surround sound has been installed behind Terry's Place, creating the perfect space for an outdoor movie night with the family. 
• Street Sign Upgrades - Our street signs are getting a new look. We're slowly adding them to the community as our carpenters, masons, and painters continue to add the finishing touches. 

• Streetscape - Next time you're driving down Market Street, Hide Away Drive and the Northwest corner, take in our new and improved streetscapes.
• Grounds Improvements - We've gone in and installed dozens of benches, trash cans, and pet waste stations around the property, making your dog walks and picnic outings even more convenient. 
• Mosquito Treatment - Sitting on your front porch and taking in the sound of the waves should be relaxing, but not when you get eaten up by mosquitos. That's why we've applied property-wide mosquito control measure throughout the entire community, making your evening porch hangouts mosquito-free.
• Parking - You spoke, and we listened. The Seaside Drive Cul-de-sac has been expanded, adding over a dozen new parking space, so you no longer have to worry about overflow parking.
• Lighting - We've brightened up Social Circle by installing ambience torch lights, setting the perfect setting for an evening stroll.
• Rentals Tower Signage - The tower of our rentals building, which is located at the Market Street entrance, now has new lights and umbrella signs. Be sure and take a look next time you come down and visit!

As you can see, lots of changes have been made at Cinnamon Shore, and we can't wait for you to come and enjoy them. So, next time you come to visit, stop by our new fitness center, charge up your Tesla, or bring out your kids to explore the new pirate ship playground - we've got something for everyone in the family.
