Building an iconic beach town...

From the start, Cinnamon Shore established something new, drawing like-minded beachgoers looking for high-quality homes and family-friendly vacations.

A first of its kind…

The first New Urban community on the Texas Coast, it signaled next-level design and smart town planning that promised a coastal village unlike any other in the Lone Star State.

 Our master design ensures our community stays walkable, with access to amenities like our dune crossovers, fitness center, three resort-style pools, restaurants, and more. Public spaces invite new friends to stop and chat, while homes promise privacy and place to relax inside and out.

The future of the Texas coast…

What we were building on a blank slate of sand earned attention from Southern Living, Coastal Living and Texas Monthly, which selected our community for two Ideas Houses and a Show Home. Thoughtful master-planning by Florida Urban Designer Mark Schnell made Cinnamon Shore the future of Port Aransas—indeed of the whole Texas shoreline.

The City of Port Aransas even selected our community as a partner for a future hotel and conference center, promising year-round vacationers that will bolster the economy of our hometown. This beloved fishing village has an authentic character and coastal charm that our community taps into as we build our own coastal village on the city's outskirts. At the same time, we're bringing new vacationers into town, along with top architects and quality coastal builders.

Creating a real coastal connection…

We attracted some of the state's best architects and interior designers, who understand how to create relaxed, but high-caliber beachside living. They know how to help people feel a genuine connection with the coast—in public spaces, like parks and landscaped lawns, and private ones, like a condo’s charming balcony or a sprawling beach home’s rocker-lined front porch.

Expanding the vision…

With the original vision fulfilled, we’re building a new village, Cinnamon Shore South, that offers more of what people love about Cinnamon Shore—but we’re introducing new amenities families will love and discriminating travelers will appreciate.

Sought-after amenities…

In addition to the Cinnamon Shore South primary pool, with its cabanas, a sun decks, hammocks over the lake waters, and lakeside boardwalk, a Family Pool and Splash Pad will open in Fall 2023. And a host of other new amenities are in the works, including:

• South Town Square, with a lakefront stage, dining and retail, and multi-use buildings 
• Sundown Court, a recreational plaza connecting residences and lakes
• A Dog Park, with separate spaces for large and small breeds
• A new Event Venue, with indoor-outdoor spaces for meetings, family reunions, and special events
• Playtime Sports Courts, with half court basketball, pickle ball courts, and parks
• Grassy parks, including Tailwind Park with shaded seating and fire pits, and Coastline Fire Lounge, where neighbors can visit over crackling flames

Yes, new home sites along lakes, parks, and public courtyards will offer all the resort-style amenities beachgoers want. But it’s the people who make our community truly special. Coming from San Antonio, Austin, Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth and cities and towns in between, Texans who appreciate togetherness and family have made coming to Cinnamon Shore a tradition.
