Our family had a great time at Cinnamon Shore. This condo is in a convenient location to the restaurants and lawn with many activities. The view is of the parking lot but we didn't mind. The kitchen needed a few essentials such as salt and pepper but that was easy enough to get in town. All of the Cinnamon Shore amenities make for a relaxing, fun weekend. We enjoyed the pizza restaurant and the Kiera's pool restaurant (several times). We are a family of 3 and had plenty of room.

This was our second time staying in this unit and our small family and pets appreciated its cleanliness and enjoyed the easy access to the town center ammenities. The condo is packed with all of the supplies you need. We can't wait to return next year.

This was a very comfortable ground floor, no stairs, two bedroom unit. We really appreciated the pet friendly rental. The only negatives were the door(s) arrangement for the main bath. So frustrating that they open into each other, bang into each other... the assigned parking is not convenient at all for this unit. The unassigned are much closer.
Dylan’s Pizza on property was so good we ate there twice!

We very much enjoyed our Cinnamon Shore holiday! Our condo was in a great location, with the back patio looking out on the center lawn. We had easy access to all amenities such as dining and the little market. We enjoyed dining at Dylan’s and LisaBella’s (the Mermaid soup was sooo good!). The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were very spacious, and the condo was very bright and comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Bath towels were provided, but bring your own beach towels. Being a first floor unit, it was very easy taking our pup to the dog park which was nearby. And we loved beach time and the beach setup we ordered. We’ll definitely be back!

The kids loved everything about this condo. We liked the first floor with easy access to the let our dog out and load the golf cart each morning. This condo is also in a great location close to the center with all the fun activities.

A very family oriented place. We loved cinnamon shores and will be back. We stayed for Easter vacation and it was lovely. The weekend was extremely loud at night due to high school kids riding golf carts with loud music screaming. That was our only complaint.

Loved this unit. Clean and bright. Needs to have TVs updated to smart TVs. Great shower head in main bath. Needs beach towels. Rental office is friendly & helpful. I would recommend.

Suntide is adorable! We loved the proximity to the social circle, the restaurants and the market. Our dog loved staying there and it was super convenient being on the first floor. I will say that the upstairs neighbors were quite loud, but I guess that could be expected in any hotel or multi-floor building. We'd definitely stay in Suntide again!

This was our third stay at the Suntide condo. We love the layout and furnishings of the place, and the location is perfect! Love that it’s pet friendly. It’s close to the Dune pool and located in town center, so walking distance to restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend and we’ll likely be back there again next year.

Love this place I have stayed here twice great unit especially for let friendly. The only issue was both times dryer didn’t work but I didn’t call . We only stayed a few nights end we didn’t need it .

Great little condo steps away from the beach. Very clean and comfortable. Management company responded to our needs in a timely manner. Lisabella's restaurant is a great place to eat (Seafood Enchiladas are awesome).

We all had a great time from an 8 yr old to 71 yr young. The rental was fantastic, loved sitting on the porch with the cool breeze and being on the main road. I would love to come and enjoy again.

Cinnamon Shore is a great way to visit the Port Aransas coast.
Pros:
Clean and modern lodging
Easy access to the beach
Family friendly events
Cons:
Food at the pool was below average and expensive for what you get
There were only blinds in the bedroom, no drapes. When people pulled in to park, their headlights made it very bright while you’re trying to sleep
The unit had a Keurig machine, but the “market” didn’t carry K-Cups

Suntide was everything we had expected. The condo was clean and well kept.The mattresses were comfortable and the unit accommodated our family well(2 adults, 3 children age 1,7,and 9). Cinnamon shores was able to provide us with a pack n play (which conveniently fit in the master closet) and a highchair. The kitchen was well equipped. We cooked in the unit for all but one of our meals. The gas Weber grill was just around the corner from the unit. We did have a wonderful meal at Lisabellas one night and appreciated that it was just across the street from the condo. The pools were a short walk from the unit and the beach was an easy walk too. The beach was maintained beautifully by C-shores. We enjoyed the ease of renting a golf cart on site for the experience of driving it on the beach into Port A. Our kiddos had fun catching fish in the stocked ponds in C shores and playing a life size game of chess. Everyone we met from staff to owners and other visitors were extremely friendly. This is a great unit and cinnamon shores is a very well run resort community. We would love to visit again. We enjoyed a few day trips to visit the USS Lexington in Corpus and the Aransas National Wildlife Refuge. Great location, great people, great unit. Thank you for a wonderful visit to Texas!

We loved Cinnamon Shore! The community was great and we loved the children's activities and adult activities.
The buildings are still recovering from Harvey so we had to put up with hammering and sawing boards regularly. Our condo was comfortable. We loved that we were able to have our fur baby with us.
Maintenance was on top of the issues we had during our stay.

The ONLY tiny problem we encountered was that they took up our beach chairs a half hour early and we walked toward the water to sit in cleaner sand. When we walked away we had forgotten our beach towel was still on one of the chairs. Seems like they would have seen it and left it. But they never found it. We thought it was pretty strange. Our stay was amazing and peaceful and we watched the eclipse on the beach Sunday night. Wish the seaweed
Problem wasn't so annoying. Maybe someday it will lessen. Wish we could retire to Cinnamon Shores. We loved all the amenities!

This was our first trip taking our kids, ages 11 and 14, to a Texas beach. After reviewing several properties online, we decided on Suntide #1103 at Cinnamon Shores, and it did not disappoint. The condo is well-furnished, decorated in calm blues and yellows, with all the things you could possibly need on a vacation to the beach. The air conditioning was GREAT and, except for some small feet upstairs which we could hear running around during the day, it was quiet. The location is on ground floor, so no riding elevators for us, which was nice. Parking was ample for both our car and a golf cart which we rented in town.
The condo was perfect for our family, with a king bed for my husband (who is very tall) and me, and twin beds for the kids, with everyone having their own bathroom. The kitchen was great to have; we even grilled out a couple of nights. The pools at Cinnamon Shorts are fabulous, and we enjoyed live music one night, which was really relaxing. We rented a movie one night, and we rented fishing poles and tackle boxes another evening, snagging a Blue Gill and a turtle (!) in the pond, which we promptly returned to their natural habitats.
The location on the beach was also wonderful, not too crowded, but we did have to get our own umbrella and chairs set up by 10 am for a good spot. I would probably recommend just renting chairs and an umbrella next time, so we don't have to lug them to the beach, but it is doable. Also, pop-up tents were plentiful, and provide a lot of shade if you need more space.
We grocery shopped at the local Family Center IGA in town, but honestly, the HEB Plus in Padre takes about the same amount of time, with a much bigger selection of food and other items, we will shop there next time.
We had a terrific time at Cinnamon Shores and highly recommend Suntide for a family of 4. Loved it!

The condo was in the perfect spot for our family. We loved having the first floor balcony to keep our wet or sandy items. There was plenty of space. AC works great. Kitchen was great. Beds very nice. TV and Cable were great. We will stay here again. Noise from kids running above us early in the morning, but it didn't bother our family. Might bother some, though to be on first floor.

Outstanding! Very easy, quick and efficient - registration and check in. Suntide 1103 was perfect! The only thing I wish I could have figured out was to turn off the light outside our bedroom. Other than that, no complaints! Absolutely beautiful and clean! We would definitely come back!!!

Another awesome family vacation experience at Cinnamon Shore in the Suntide #1103!!! The Suntide condo has all the conveniences of home while on vacation. This was our 2nd year to stay in Suntide and we had such a wonderful & relaxing stay, AGAIN!!! The Cinnamon Shore staff go above & beyond to make sure that you are comfortable & strive to provide activities on property. We could not have asked for a more enjoyable & pleasant vacation. We will be coming back again & again!!!

Overall great time, but we were on the first floor and the noise from the people above us from their walking around was very annoying. We asked them to please keep their kids from running around but it didn't help much. It sounded like a herd of elephants running around. Next time we will rent our own house or only rent a top floor condo.

The check in time of 4pm is later than most properties of 3pm and the check out time of 10am is earlier as well. A 3pm check in time and 11am check out time would be preferred especially for the cost of the units.

Nice spot and amenities. Both pool are nice and the fresh water fishing pond is great for the kids. We could hear the upstairs guests - a family of 5 w little kids- through the ceiling. I would go with a top floor next time - there are elevators. Make a reservation early if you plan to eat at the restaurant. Also the beach chairs and umbrellas pictured in the advertisements are $27.50 per day for a set of two chairs and an umbrella. I would also rent a golf cart if you stay in the condos, or use their shuttle service .

The only problem I had was that many people staying there did not clean up after their dogs.
There was a lot of waste on the grass in the common area, and near the pool.
