House was great. Very well equipped, had everything we needed and more. Beds were comfy. Loved having the beach cart and beach chairs and umbrellas set up for us in the morning. Would definitely rent again!

My family and another family, total of 4 adults and 6 children stayed here for a long weekend and it was incredible! We also had 2 nannies come with us who stayed in the detached carriage house. More than enough space for all of us. The house was very clean and the fully stocked with kitchen for cooking was a plus. The master on the 2nd floor has a huge walk-in closet perfect for an infant's pack-n-play. You can't beat the location of this house - right next to the pool and across from the beach access. We will be renting Summer House 181 again!

We absolutely loved Summer House and CS during spring break this year. The weather was a combination of hot a few days then cool. Music, food, restaurants all amazing! This was a cousin vacay with all 9 of them and their parents. Such great memories! Thank you for being such a gem on the gulf!

A+ review because the home was every we expected. Its close to the boardwalk and pool side bar/restaurant. Every room was spacious and the kitchen had it all. Hopefully the property is available for us next year.

Our entire family came to Cinnamon Shores. This was our first experience her and WE LOVED IT. Our grandkids range in age from 18-2 and a baby on the way! There were activities for everyone. The staff is excellent. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We have already booked our next trip to Cinnamon Shores in July 2022.
We grew up going to Florida but the shorter distance has won us over! We highly recommend it!

The Summer House was unbelievable! It was perfect for a family of 12. Great location; corner house near the boardwalk and Kiera’s pool with the cafe. It was very clean, and we got in early! The front desk called us as we were on the highway to let us know we could get checked in and greeted us with a cool beverage at the desk. We are already planning our next trip back to Cinnamon Shore!

The Summer House was perfect for our family of nine!
2 Grandparents, 5 adult children, and 2 grandchildren had
plenty of space to play games, do crafts, and eat fun meals
inside and outside. Very clean and great location right next to

Pros: very nice house, nicely decorated, lots of patio spaces to sit outside, good location near pool and boardwalk to the beach, and parking for three cars.
Cons: ice maker did not work, lots of golf carts driving by with music blaring.

The house was amazing! It was perfectly laid out for a family of 9. Very nicely decorated/appointed located close to the boardwalk and Kiera pool. It exceeded all of our expectations. We are already planning our next years trip!

This home is spectacular! The owners attention to detail and beautiful furnishings were greatly appreciated. The beds were amazing and the carriage house bedroom is just right for that couple who craves more privacy. The location is very close to the boardwalk and a swimming pool. You can even see and hear the ocean from across the street. The kitchen was a real treat to cook in. My husband loved the six burner stove with a griddle and warming shelf. The kiddos enjoyed his pancakes almost every morning. We had 4 adult couples and 7 children in ages of 18 month up to 14 years of age. Everyone had a wonderful time and hated to leave.

This beautiful home is fantastic! It is in a great location right next door to Kierras pool and across the street from the boardwalk to the beach! The layout of the home is great with plenty of room. Wonderful kitchen and porches. It comes equipped with everything you could ever need. It truly is a Gem!

This home is located next door to the original pool and across the street from the return bridge from the beach. We could not have been happier with our accommodations! I would definitely recommend this home to a friend!

This was our first time staying in the Cinnamon Shore development, and we are HOOKED. The property was supremely comfortable, casual, yet luxurious. The set up was great for our group of several families and elementary-aged children. The kitchen area was amazing and we loved cooking evening meals together and lazing around after a hot day. Highly recommend this place! We will be returning next year.

Gorgeous home that is very comfortable, clean and lots of room for extended family...toddlers, parents, Grandparents and an Aunt! Pool was perfect for little ones, and boardwalk location was close. We love the chair/umbrella rental, too. A few downsides (satellite dish rusted resulted in no working TVs) were remedied by staff (DVD player for movies provided).

Overall, a fabulous experience. Our only negative was the inoperable TV in the bedroom over the garage. We reported it and was told it had been previously reported as out. No one told us. Why wasn't it repaired? Couldn't work the DVR player in the 1st floor area - nothing we tried seemed to work. Had planned on having kids watch some videos. Loved the 2d floor porch facing the ocean. Very busy intersection. Thanks for a grand time!
