Family trip to Padre with kids and grandkids. House was perfect, roomy, clean, well equipped, with great amenities on site. Very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the golf cart rentals and chair rentals on the beach as well as pools and food service. Excellent

The condo is centrally located to all the amenities of Cinnamon Shores. We loved how close we were to town center and the fishing dock. This condo has two decks with perfect views to both areas. Being able to watch the kids fish from the porch was a huge plus for us. All the bedrooms were perfect sizes. The kids loved their loft space and private bathroom. Would definitely stay again!
Only downside was that the market is no longer open and the coffee shops hours were iffy. But I’m sure once renovations are done it will be better.

The rental was perfect for us and we had a great time. The only thing that was not enjoyable is that the A/C went out on us the 2nd evening of our stay so all we had miserable night sleep and were uncomfortable the next day until we checked out. Luckily there is always a breeze so we left doors open to make it bearable to pack up. Don't know how we ever survived without AC in the past.��Other than that it was wonderful!

We always enjoy staying at Cinnamon Shore and this was no exception. We usually rent houses but decided to try condo living. This condo is so conveniently located near restaurants, shops and a pool. We were on the 3rd floor which was wonderful for the views, and it has an elevator.

Loved our time at Cinnamon Shore. Only complaint would be the toilet paper. :) Also wish we could’ve rented a golf cart for only one day instead of 2-minimum. Overall beautiful place and great location!

I have to admit, when my family told me they found a spot for our summer vacation called Cinnamon Shores, I was not on board. I saw major dollar signs. I came around after a day, and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Latitude Adjustment was the perfect vacation rental for my family, and two of their friends. I loved being able to get up and take the Beach Buggy to the beach each morning and watch the sunrise, and take it back in the evening to enjoy the beach at night. All the ammenities are first class, and we especially loved Dylan's pizza. We will definantly be back sometime in the future.

Fiesta was canceled in San Antonio, so we headed to the beach! We are so happy we chose Latitude Adjustment! The perfect location on the circle, our 3 family group of 9 (4 kids) fit perfectly and had plenty of space to spread out. We picked up pizza from Dylan’s the first night, which was so convenient. Many meals were enjoyed at the poolside grill C-bar, making it so convenient with young children. The unit is on the end of the building and therefore has a second, side balcony which was so nice! The weather was perfect, a little cool so we appreciated the heated pool. We had issues with the keyless keypad on the door, but the office was quick to help each time (something they say they are working on). We always enjoy the golfcart and online booking was so easy. We also reserved beach chairs and umbrella which cut down on the amount of gear we had to haul to the beach. The unit was very comfortable, well stocked, and we loved the upstairs bunk room with tv. We will definitely be staying here again!

Very beautiful property, lots of beds for sleeping, great location. We ready reviews on the upstairs not being cool, not a problem for us, but the vent did leak. Maintenance came quickly to fix.

Our family of 7 truly enjoyed our time at Cinnamon Shores. The accommodations at Latitude Adjustments were perfect! The home was clean, well kept, and we had plenty of space. The grounds are great! Close to the beach and the pools were a nice place to relax in the afternoons.

We have stayed in this condo every summer for 4 years and it’s always great! It’s the perfect size for two families. It’s in a great location. Our kids can walk out the back door and fish off the pier or play on the grassy lawn out front. Highly recommend!

What a relaxing time we spent at Cinnamon Shore. The whole development is on another level from any other place you can stay at in the Port Aransas area. The unit was top notch and super comfortable, especially the reading nook.

We loved our week long stay at Latitude Adjustment! Everything was just as expected. Our Attitude was definitely adjusted! The pool bar staff and staff at the beach provided amazing customer service. Can't wait to return!

Very comforting & relaxing stay at #3305 ahead of Thanksgiving day. Wanted to come take a peek at the unit below, which is currently for sale but had already been rented. With discount pricing for a larger unit on the third floor available for the days I wanted, who am I to turn down a great offer.
OMG! What a surprise (in more ways than one). The moment you walk in, you feel the cozy warmth and luxurious comfort of this spacious condo. Two nicely appointed main bedrooms are available; one in front, and one at the rear. Both include very nice, clean, and private bathrooms. For the kids, there is a super fun upstairs bedroom with bunk-style trundle beds capable of sleeping five.
This condo is perfect for a large family of 6+...for two families with little ones...or for a big group of 10 gals as was the case preceding my visit.
The kitchen is large enough to accommodate any size group, with plenty of utensils and cooking ware. For a fancy nite out of fine dinng, Lisabella's is directly across from the condo.
Being an end unit, there is an extra sitting deck (two total) with comfortable chairs to chill out with your friends and/or people watch. And the condo is closest to the elevator, which is rarely used by others.
Probably the most unique feature for me was a cute reading nook adjacent to the living room. I spent a good amount of time chilling there. But the nook also serves as one extra bedding option for a bigger group. In short, just a fabulous condo!
Everybody at CS was super friendly. And I especially enjoyed the low season aspect this trip. For high season, there is a swimming pool available for those so inclined. And the beach is steps away after a simple stroll through the resort community.

This was perfect for two families. The parents had nice rooms downstairs and all of the kids were upstairs in the bunk room. Very nicely decorated and was a lovely place to stay. This was our first trip to Cinnamon Shore, but we will definitely go back and would gladly rent this same condo.

This was our first stay at Cinnamon Shores. Not only was the unit well equipped, comfy and beautiful, but the staff was great. The young men who rescued us twice in a golf cart, when we grew tired of walking with small children, were polite and quick to respond. The beach was groomed daily and both pools clean and inviting. I recommend renting a cart to get around!

Stay was awesome, property and amenities were also great. Pool service was not so great...but despite that the property alone made the trip well worth it. The staff was all very professional and polite. I would definitely stay here again.

We really love the Cinnamon Shores resort. The employees are great, service is exceptional and you truly feel like you are at a resort, not just a beach condo. This condo was very nice. The furniture is big and comfortable, which is great. However with a big group I think the living area could get a little cramped as a result. It was just my husband and I so it was fine for us. Nice views off the balconies. I liked that you could see the Gulf from the front balcony. One note is that the 4pm check in time is not really guaranteed. In the busy season when they are booking back to back, they explained that they can't really be sure when you can check in. After talking to them numerous times we did finally get in between 4:30 and 5:00. Just for your planning purposes.

We arrived not exactly sure what we were going to get.. the pictures looked beautiful and that's exactly what we received!! the place is gorgeous! the condo was practically new.. rooms were super comfy and it has a restaurant right in front!! The people there are super friendly and if anything was wrong they would send someone to fix it ASAP!!! Loved our stay at Cinnamon Shore!!

Beautiful home, close to a beautiful beach! Spring break weather didn't cooperate, but we had a great stay and hope to return. The only problem we encountered was the upstairs was hot even with the cool temps outside, and we couldn't get the air conditioner upstairs to work. We followed the written directions, but would not cool off in the loft area.

Beautiful condo with plenty of room and the decor was great. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc. For the past several years the destination for our family vacation has been Cinnamon Shore. Our kids and grandkids really enjoy everything about the place. We have many wonderful memories and we are loooking forward to our stay next year.

The condo met and exceeded every expectation that we had - it was very well furnished and stocked with everything we needed. Our only issue was actually finding it the complex needs to have better signage there was nothing located on the outside of the building that told us where we were nor was there anything outside that stated where the elevators were. Myself and another guest that checked in the same time I did both had to go to the sales center to get help. Some simple signs around the property would eliminate this issue. Otherwise the resort is amazing - the location is fabulous and the beach was wonderful - short walk to it or they will pick you up in a golf cart and take you. Also we utilized the beach chair rental which was great!! Would definitely return and would recommend to everyone this condo it was wonderful!! The loft bunk bed room upstairs was great and the kids could play up there and didn't bother us downstairs at all. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable furnishings.

overall, we had a great time and enjoyed the community! only (minor) complaints were nearby construction and a slightly delayed check-in. If not for the construction, I would have rated it a 5 overall.
Wife and I were already talking about scheduling next year's trip on the drive home from Cinnamon Shore.
