Bonfires on the Beach

Our Beach Crew will dig the pit and stack the fragrant pinion wood for you! And a new Social Bonfire experience for eight to 25 includes a sturdy circular bench carved into the sand, s'more kit, Bluetooth speaker, and three hours of burn time! A Private Bonfire is perfect for couples and smaller groups. S'mores service is available upon request, and you can enhance the evening with add-ons like live music or catering, too.

Surf Lessons in Season: Learn to hang 10 and ride the Gulf's best waves. The Mustang Island Adventure Team can connect you with the experts at Texas Surf Camps for lessons on the beachfront before you venture into the water to catch the waves.

Beach Yoga Sessions: Start the day with an invigorating session practicing your poses waterside. Our local yogi will meet you beach-side for sunrise sessions!

Jules Brown, Concierge

Jules joins Mustang Island Adventures after working at Cinnamon Shore as a Front Desk Associate since November 2022. She seeks to enhance the experience of Cinnamon Shore vacationers and homeowners alike with exceptional service and attention to detail, facilitating requests and managing itineraries with care. Her warm and friendly personality, coupled with her excellent hospitality skills, make her a natural fit for the role of Concierge. After exploring new cities and states, she moved back home to the coast and joined Cinnamon Shore and the Mustang Island Adventures Team to provide guests with a seamless and memorable stay. In her free time, Jules enjoys spending time at the beach, pursuing new hobbies, and exploring her creative side.

Hannah Blanchette, Photography Manager

Hannah specializes in lifestyle and family photography as owner and operator of Flash Photo Creative, with services offered on demand at Cinnamon Shore. Now joining Mustang Island Adventures at Cinnamon Shore, she brings more than a decade of portrait mastery and a genuine connection to the people she photographs. Love for Photography, Passion for People. That's her motto. She has a true passion for what she does, and it shows in every photo she delivers. Hannah’s passion for photography started in her hometown of Salt Lake City, Utah, with a mentorship at a busy family-owned studio. With her previous roles in management and customer care, she quickly transitioned to become the lead photographer and manager of the studio, where she developed her skills for the next several years. Relocating to Corpus Christi in 2019, she established her own business, Flash Photo Creative, LLC, and began the next chapter of her career on the coast. In addition to her work all around the Coastal Bend, she’s photographed families and milestone moments at Cinnamon Shore since 2022. Whether it's beachfront sunset sessions, scenic portraits at Lake Colby, or specialty mini sessions on holiday weekends, Hannah ensures a fun and relaxing experience while beautifully capturing moments you'll cherish forever. 

Cameron McIntosh, Adventure Services Manager

Cameron brings his rich experience in the great outdoors and a zest for life to Mustang Island Adventures. Originally from South Africa, Cameron was raised in Calallen, just outside Corpus Christi. Prior to his role at Cinnamon Shore, he restored classic cars and refined his skills as an outdoors-man. An avid beach-goer, angler, and hunter, Cameron frequently joins friends on duck hunting expeditions across Texas and annually visits Wisconsin to deer hunt on his family’s property. Bringing this experience to Mustang Island Adventures, he works closely with premier local guides and adventurers, he designs memorable outdoor activities, ensuring each fishing, hunting, or other outdoor excursion is planned and executed to perfection.

Capt. Hunter Campbell, Fishing Guide

Hunter is a native-born Texan who has been fishing and hunting all over Texas most all of his life. From a very young age Hunter invested every second he could hunting and fishing with friends and family. His passion for wildlife and the outdoors has led him to hunt from the thickest brush in South Texas to the flat plains of the Panhandle and everything in between. Hunter's love for fishing has taken him up and down the Texas Coast and all over the world. With fly rod in hand, Hunter has experienced some of the world's most unique fisheries. From Alaska to the Seychelles and even in the Amazon jungle, Hunter has learned many tips and tricks of the trade. Hunter's passion for tailing redfish and trophy trout has brought him back to the Upper Laguna Madre and Mustang Island Adventures.

Jackson Bonnette, Beach and Lifestyle Manager

Jackson leads the beach crew with experience in organizing beach setups and bonfires. Since joining Cinnamon Shore in May 2023, he has been instrumental in curating unforgettable beach experiences for guests. Transitioning from his role as Assistant Director of Facilities and Operations for Athletics at Texas A&M University Corpus Christi, Jackson honed his leadership skills in managing diverse teams. His dedication to customer service drives him to make every beach day magical at Cinnamon Shore, where he excels in creating exceptional beach services. A native of Corpus Christi, Jackson has called Padre Island home for two decades. Embracing the "island time" lifestyle, he immerses himself in various outdoor adventures, including surfing, fishing, kayaking, and more. His passion for sports and an active lifestyle finds expression in the ocean, which he considers a source of solace and inspiration, and he brings this enthusiasm to his role at Mustang Island Adventures.

Richard Lu, Operations Manager

An accomplished operations manager, Richard leads the vibrant team at Mustang Island Adventures, LLC. With over three decades in customer service, his journey in hospitality leadership began at Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals in September 2020, where he managed multiple departments, including Maintenance, Beach and Lifestyle and Food & Beverage Operations. Prior to this, Richard spent 12 years at Omni Hotels and Resorts, mastering various roles from Guest Services, Front Desk to Housekeeping Management. Born and raised in the Philippines, Richard started his career in retail there after college before immigrating to the United States in 2005 and starting a new chapter of his career in hospitality. He married and has two daughters who are both nurses like their mom, who is also a Registered Nurse. Richard loves to travel locally and abroad. His global travels fuel his insights into the ever-evolving hospitality industry landscape. With a commitment to exceptional customer experiences, Richard continues to leave an indelible mark on the industry, ensuring each guest's journey is extraordinary.
