Plus, you’ll enjoy the Cinnamon Shore lifestyle that prioritizes relaxation on the beach, by the pools, and on your porch. The dune crossover is just steps away for easy beach access.

AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool with infinity edge and splash pad; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions and playscape. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.

MAIN LIVING: Designed for relaxing and entertaining, 1st-floor main living brings your group together in a truly grand, open-concept space. A recessed ceiling in the kitchen helps define the workspace, with stainless appliances and oversized island offering room to prep snacks and meals. A window-lined dining area seats 8, while blue-and-white upholstery in the living room looks beachy on sofa and chairs. A wet bar with wine fridge makes it easy to host sunset cocktail hour, and a powder room adds convenience.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: A king bedroom on the first floor offers a nice retreat, while a bonus daybed tucked into a living room nook offers an extra spot for a guest to sleep.
Upstairs, the primary king suite includes a huge walk-in closet and ensuite bunks for two. This suite’s spa-like bath features a spacious glass-front shower that is a showpiece, with shower on one side and elegant, soaker tub on the other, and the primary’s private balcony offers a fireplace and Gulf views! Also on the second floor, a full bunkroom includes a full-size Ms. Pac-Man arcade game. It sleeps four and has its own bathroom. The queen bedroom on this level also has a private bathroom.
Finally, a third floor consists of another king bedroom retreat for the ultimate privacy!

EXTRAS: A mud room in the entry hall offers lots of built-in storage for beach gear. In addition, a separate 1st-floor laundry offers countertops for folding, a handy sink, and cabinets.

Beach Blue is a non-pet friendly property, if a pet is seen entering Beach Blue the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of the time of day or night. An automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 will be added to the reservation, as well as any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
