We loved being in this house. It was at the far end of the property, but still in a good location to reach the beach, the pools, the restaurants, and the gift shop. The bedrooms were clean and spacious, with super comfortable king size beds in three of the bedrooms, and reportedly comfortable bunk beds in the bunk room. The house had plenty of room to accommodate all nine of us comfortably. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped with plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and we absolutely LOVED the little ice maker that was part of the fully equipped bar. The bar had every conceivable type of wine glass, mixed drink glass that one could possibly need. All in all we loved staying there and would happily request this property again.

This was our second time staying at Cinnamon Shores but first time at this house. This home was super cozy and inviting. My dad with knee problems loved that the kitchen was on the first floor. The children loved the bunk beds with the plugs and light near by as well as the small toys the provided. We did have an issue with the garbage disposal but management quickly got it fixed. Overall it was an amazing get away for our family.

We loved our stay at Cinnamon Shores. The house was very well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed to make cooking easy. Extra blankets, beach towels, even soaps/laundry pods/paper towels - these items are often missing at other rentals. Bedrooms were roomy and the baths/kitchen are completely up to date. I real treat!

The home seemed larger than the pictures and was very nice! We appreciated the high chair and playpen for our granddaughter. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils. We would definitely rent again. Cinnamon Shore is a beautiful development. Thank you!

Our family of six adults and five small children had a great time on our family beach trip. The house was everything we needed. Plenty of space for eating, relaxing and sleeping. The kitchen was well equipped for all our meals including a high chair for our youngest member. We originally thought the distance from the beach might be a problem but with a golf cart it was not an issue. This was our third year to enjoy Cinnamon Shores and will definitely be back again.

Everything was wonderful and we and our guests felt right at home at this beautiful beach house. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax and unwind. There was just one small issue. My husband and I slept in the master bedroom.The security lights on the front porch stay on all night. I slept by the front window and it was rather bright in the bedroom. Other than that everything was wonderful!

Rented a large Unit for our 2019 Thanksgiving celebration. Four Adults more than adequately accommodated. Absolutely perfect in every way. Kitchen was well stocked with any cooking utensil needed, Unit was fabulous with everything 1st Class. Made for a very memorable time.

Great vacation! Our group of 11 had a wonderful time. We stayed in the Casa Del Mar. The home was fabulous but really needs doors on the bunk room. That was an issue with noise from downstairs

Casa del mar is a very nicely appointed condo. Everything was in excellent working condition - the televisions, coffee maker, appliances, HVAC, etc. It was located ideally since we preferred to walk to dinner at Lisabella's. We definitely would stay there again. The only very slight oversight was the housekeepers had failed to empty the clean dishes in the dishwasher from the previous guests.

Very nice house, very nice community. Lack of internet was a bit of a problem. There were 6 adults and 5 teenagers and we had plenty of room. We had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend this property.

We loved the house !! The floor plan was great and having three king beds was why we choose this house!! There were 10 of us and we had more than enough space!! Our only complaint was we saw several roaches but being at the beach brings all sorts of bugs!! Overall we loved it and will definitely be back!!!

Very nice home, very comfortable. The children loved the golf cart rides across the beach. Sitting on the porch and enjoying the beautiful houses was one of my favorite things to do.

We served in sunshine and soon got wind and rain. The house was quiet and warm. Great layout for just hanging out. Cinnamon shores restaurant was available for close in dining and Port A was close enough that dinners were easy to find at the great little local establishments.
As always cinnamon shores is the place to go on the Texas coast!

Great home, great location, great time. Plenty for teen age boys to do. Well maintained home with room to spread out. Cinnamon Shores does a fantastic job for a vacation. Port A has lots of options for things to do. Be sure and rent a golf cart to get to town via the beach.

This is our 3rd summer at Cinnamon Shore and it gets better every time. The house layout is great, it just feels a little run down. We love that there are 3 master suites and the porches are great. It was not cleaned very well, but overall it was a great experience.

Loved this place. The house fit our family of 6 adults and 4 children with ease. Very comfortable and furnishings and kitchen top notch. Wonderful sonos sound system. The activities and music at the town center were much enjoyed. Very comparable to our vacation at Wild Dunes South Carolina and living in Texas we didn't have to fly.

The home was great! The rental fees (processing, security, resort fee and cleaning ($250)) are very high and most amenities cost extra (beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, golf carts, fitness center, kids camp). We were looking forward to the heated pool since we went at spring break when the ocean water was cold. It was not heated. Even the staff at the pool grill told us that although they advertise it as heated, it is always cold.

Staying in Cinnamon Shore was perfect. We have visited Port A several times/summer for many years. The resort made all activities so fun & SIMPLE. House was new, CLEAN, and just perfect for our family. Golf cart beach access is key. We could come and go which is necessary with so many kids in our group. Friendly staff & other guests made our stay so pleasant and stress free.

Love this house and the multi master suites. Very nice for our family. The property was great. Kitchen had plenty of amenities to enable us to cook. Loved the patio and overall the place was great.
Two points for improvement: Don't love the fitness center is now charging. It is listed as an amenity and not until you get there do they tell you it costs more? It should be classified as an additional service.
Also, would have been nice to have the beach seaweed removed on the weekend. It looks like it was removed on Thursday but not again up to the time we left on Sunday? By Saturday the kids were scared to climb over the mountain that was there...would think this is something that should be done more often, especially on the weekend when capacity if higher.

This was our first experience with Cinnamon Shore, and overall, we loved it. The only drawback was that the kids' bunk beds were not enclosed in a room. As such, noise from the adults downstairs carried upstairs to their bunks. We rented a golf cart to get people and supplies to the beach, and this was a must! I recommend that you reserve ahead of time.

Overall the stay at Cinnamon Shores was outstanding as usual. The only opportunity with our house was the lack of cooking supplies. No knives, baking dishes, etc left us scrounging for alternative cooking measures.

Cinnamon Shores needs more amenities. We thought it would be a small Seaside and it isn't anywhere near that.

The only adjustment we had to make was we thought we had 4 bedrooms. The noise from downstairs was like a funnel to upstairs. So the open loft could not be used. We put the baby in the bathroom connected to the loft. Also used noise machine outside the children's room so they would sleep. Other than that, no issue. We enjoyed cinnamon shores very much and would recommend to our friends one thing to work on is the ants at pool.
