We enjoyed everything about our stay except for two issues. The first was that there was a single AC thermostat which kept it cool upstairs but less than cool downstairs. The second issue was that the noise level downstairs from anyone walking upstairs was unusually loud.

Our family of 13 loved our stay at Blue Willow. The property was clean, perfect size for us and management customer service was excellent. There was an issue with the freezer and they brought a whole new refrigerator. This was our first visit to Cinnamon Shores and we were impressed with Blue Willow and the community. We had a great week and recommend Blue Willow and the Cinnamon Shores community to others. One recommendation to the community management - have some shaded areas in the open play / community areas would be nice.

Overall the house was nice and was much larger than I expected. However, I gave it 4 stars because the air conditioner could not go below 70 degrees and the house was hot the whole time. I had a terrible time sleeping every night due to how hot it was in the house. The AC unit was very small for the size of house and height of ceilings. I don't think it could keep up. For how much you pay to stay at these houses you should be able to control the ac. The ac should actually cool the house.
Everything else was great. The location was in the center of everything. The house was clean. The house had 2 refrigerators which was great since we had 11 people staying at the house and it gave us ample room. I will warn people the grill cooks really hot and we had a hard time not over cooking food. The beach was not crowded at all and it was a busy time.
The restaurants within Cinnamon Shores are very small so make sure to get reservations before coming. We didn't eat at any of them because we didn't know they would be so small or that we would need reservations.
We did not rent golf carts and I would highly suggest you do. It's a lot of work lugging stuff and kids to the beach every day.
My only other complaint is the pools were very hot. They don't have pool coolers installed so the pools feel like bath water by about 12. It's like sitting in a hot tub while the outside temperature is 100 degrees.
Overall this is a really cute community. I would consider coming back again.

Loved our stay at Cinnamon Shore! It was our second time staying here and first time for some of our extended family members, who also fell in love with the quality and convenience of everything. We did have a hiccup with the rental golf carts but the Cinnamon Shore team more than made up for it and I'm so grateful for their hospitality and commitment to quality! Highly recommend if you're looking for a quality family beach vacation.

We stayed at Blue Willow and it couldn’t have been more perfect! Our kids and grandkids all had a fantastic time! Love having the beach, pools and restaurants all in close proximity!

We came to Blue Willow to have our Customer Service Retreat. Great space for everyone to spread out. Kitchen allowed for multiple cooks. Port A & Cinnamon Shores offered a great escape from the daily routine of the office.

Our family, 6 adults and 5 children, had a wonderful time at Cinnamon Shores. The house was very clean and comfortable and there were plenty of activities to keep us busy including two pools.
We rented a golf cart which made it easy to visit the beach.
Having chairs and umbrellas waiting for us there was a bonus.
We can’t wait to visit again.

A great family vacation for us. No significant problems with the rental, a few minor problems that were quickly addressed by support staff. Victor come over and helped with the items that we called about.

The layout and furnishings were overall very nice and pretty ideal for multiple families to stay. We had a great experience.
To be improved: The patio areas could have been cleaner (sandy which is probably unavoidable, and some spider webs, etc.). More large skillets / pans would have been helpful.
Not ideal: Sound carried very much in the house. This lends mostly to the quality of the initial construction. For a house so well suited for families with children this was not ideal especially at night.
Property Mgmt: It would have been good to know about the pool restaurant being closed in advance. Also, the golf cart rental price is very steep, more expensive than a rental car!?

We had a wonderful time. The area is beautiful, the house was in great condition, and the pools were amazing. My only complaint is that we got devoured by mosquitos. On the second day I had 50+ bites on me that left me scratching the rest of the week. Saying "bring bug spray" in your welcome email is disingenous, you need to warn people when it's that bad. That aside, it was wonderful and we had a great vacation.

Cinnamon Shore was amazing! The attention to every detail of our visit was beyond our expectations. Great rooms to gather and great spaces to separate for "alone time". Beautiful property and meticulous landscaping. We're looking forward to a future visit.

Blue Willow was a perfect fit for our extended family group. The home was very clean, comfortable, and a quick walk to the beach.
The Cinnamon Shores property still seems to be getting on their feet. It would have been great to have a small grocery and beach store on the property for supplies. However, we still loved our stay there.

We had a wonderful time at The Blue Willow. Our family had plenty of room to be together and have moments of alone time too. Just wanted to make this summer extra special. The matriarch of our family, my mother, is in a complex battle with cancer. All but one grandchild was able to come to our gathering. We were given a wonderful setting to make precious memories. The water view of the pond was especially relaxing for a restful experience. Thank you all for sharing this beautiful home with us. We will never forget.

It was a magical 3 days for our siblings plus spouses reunion with 12 people in all! The home is simply beautiful with top notch appliances and accommodations! We hope to do it again next year!!!

We had a fantastic time at Blue Willow. There were 11 of us for our son's wedding, and everything was perfect. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The wedding photographer came on Saturday to take pictures of the groomsmen. Great setting! And the rehearsal dinner was at Lisabella's, right around the corner from Blue Willow. Perfect!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Cinnamon Shores 'Blue Willow'. There were 11 of us and we had more than enough room. The home was beautiful and decorated with such an island flare.....I loved being out on the decks in the evening enjoying the nice breeze. The staff greeted us with a smile and made us feel very welcomed. We are already planning our vacation there next summer....

My husband and I took our two grown children and their spouses and the four grandchildren to Cinnamon Shores in June for our 3rd annual beach trip. We have stayed in a different house each year (Blue Willow this year) and have loved them all. We love the close proximity to the beach, the fabulous child-friendly pools, and the great accommodations. We've already booked for next summer!

Large family - 2 houses. Staff was very friendly - it was easy to do business with you. Love the sand grooming services on the beach. The houses were well kept - the construction/engineering is a little dissapointing for one reason only - they were not built to address sound between floors. If you sleep on the ground floor, even the slightest tip-toe or dropped/dragged item (chair) sounds like a tornado from above. Surprising.
Your golf cart rentals are a bit opportunistic - again, assuming everything else is great, might be worth it
Last - I think I will bring my family again - there are some really great conveniences on the property, but I really worry about how you will effectively manage construction and maintenance. We were fortunate to not be next door to construction, but for two days a crew was next door power washing the neigboring house. The wash motor equipment was on our side, and we had a sleeping baby during the day. Again - not sure how this is addressed - I understand it needs to happen, but wow - lots of "non-relaxing on the beach" activity that isn't on your brochure. I hope you are able to figure out a balance between growth and premium service. Otherwise you will lose customers to the next premium property to come up.

Blue willow is a beautifully decorated home with a great layout! We had several families stay here and the bunk rooms were great for the kids. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The floor plan is open and decor is cozy and warm. I would highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed!
